Registration / Complete Athlete / Practice Times
All team registration will be conducted at the Lakota West High School.
The Lakota West High School is located at 8940 Union Centre Blvd. West Chester, OH 45069.
Each team must have at least two (2) coaches listed (with AAU numbers), but not more than four (4) on the official team roster. Each person listed on the official team roster must present AAU membership card at registration.
Registration Process
Team Registration
Each team will be assigned a specific registration time. It is imperative that your entire team be ready to register at this assigned time. Failure to do so may result in your team having to wait.
Teams should arrive 15 minutes prior to assigned registration time. Each team will be assigned a registration coordinator to lead them through the process.
Please have signed AAU cards cut and in the players hand when they enter the registration room.
Line up players in alphabetical order and the registration coordinator will direct you where to go.
Only individuals listed on the official roster will be allowed to enter the registration room. All other individuals may wait in the Main Street Area of the High School. Tournament passes, programs and merchandise will be available for sale in this area,
Complete Athlete Program
Every player is required to particpate in the NCAA complete program. This will be part of the registration process. The process will take approximately 45 minutes. Each team will be assigned a time to attend. The program will be run in conjunction with registration.
Every member of your team is required to attend. If they cannot attend they contact a member of the tournament staff to organize a time to go through the program. A player cannnot particpate in the tournament until they have completed the program.
Complete Athlete Program Times
Photography
Following the team registration process, teams will be directed into the photography room. All teams must have their picture taken by the tournament photographer. Individual players’ photos will also be taken. There is no obligation to purchase any photos.
In order to have the best possible team photos, please come to registration in your team uniforms.
Main Street
Following photography each team will be directed into the Main Street Area to meet up with family members. Here you will be able to purchase tournament merchandise, photographers, tournament passes and programs as well as learn more about the area, information from local attractions, food samples from local restaurants and many other surprises.
