Opening Ceremonies will take place on Friday July 9th, at 7.00pm (please note time subject to change) at the Cintas Center on the campus of Xavier University.
Athletes and Coaches should wear their uniforms or warm-ups. Team may carry a team banner and/or state flag. No hats or backpacks allowed. There will be no throwing of objects.
Teams should arrive no later than 6.00 pm for the Opening Ceremonies Parade. Teams should arrive through the main entrance and go to the left, toward the practice gymnasium.
Pin trading and Ice Cream Party is scheduled to take place from 5.00pm - 6.00 pm on the concourse at the Cintas Center.

6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Team Check in – Teams lineup for Parade of Athletes
