The 2008 Butler / Warren County AAU Girls Basketball Super Regional ENTRY FORM can be obtained by clicking on the link below. There are two forms to be completed. The form is in PDF format.
If you are unable to complete the Roster portion of the Entry Form at this time but would still like to enter the tournament, please complete part 1 of the entry form and submit your payment. This will reserve your team's entry in the tournament.
You will not be entered into tournament without a completed Entry Form and Money Order or Cashier's check. Please make the Money Order or Cashier's check payable to Butler County Tournaments.
The ENTRY FORM is to be completed and mailed with the Entry Fee by FedEx, UPS or Certified mail to:

Forms are to be completed and received no later than April 25, 2008.
Fee for the 2008 Butler / Warren County AAU Super Regional is $325.
There will be no refunds after May 4, 2008.
Please note if your team or club played in either the 2004, 2005, 2006 or 2007 Butler / Warren County AAU Super Regional the entry fee will be $315.
