Fee for the 2009 Butler County AAU Super Regional is $325
Please note if your team or club played in either the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 or 2008 Butler / Warren County AAU Super Regional the entry fee will be $315.
Forward the entry fee with the entry form to the address below. Entries will not be accepted until money order or cashier's check is received. There no refunds after the draw has been posted.

Each team will receive a three (3) game guarantee
Rules of Play:
All games will follow the AAU Girls' Basketball Handbook (NCAA)
Player Roster:
Rosters must be submitted to Host before playing first game.
AAU Membership/ Birth Certificates:
All players must show their current AAU membership card and a copy of a legal BIRTH CERTIFICATE to the designated person at the tournament.
Uniforms:
Teams must have light and dark jerseys.
Admission:
Adult Weekend Pass: $15
Adult Daily Pass (FRI): $5
Adult Daily Pass (SAT - SUN): $6
Child Weekend Pass: $8 (6-18)
Child Daily Pass: $3 (6-18)
6 and under free
Awards:
AAU medals and trophies will be awarded to the first (1) and (2) place teams.
The first (1) place team in each age group (DI only) will receive 50% of their National Championships Entry Fee paid.
Play Starts:
May 8th, 2009 at 6pm Eastern Standard Time. Arrangements will be made for teams traveling more than 100 miles (if requested).
Automatic Bids::
The teams that finish first or second MAY receive an automatic bid to the corresponding National Championship. The following table will determine the number of teams qualifying:
Number of Teams per age division in Super Regional
4 TO 9 TEAMS = 1 TEAM
10 TO 16 TEAMS = 2TEAMS
If any team or teams have qualified previously then bids may be extended to teams below them, but no lower than fourth place. The consolation game to determine third place is optional. Ties may be determined by average points per games played.
Teams that receive the invitation to the National tournament MUST play in their District Qualifying Tournament (DQT) to retain their invitation. Teams that receive the invitation to the National tournament and are unable to participate in the District tournament must submit a documented request to the Girls Executive committee, who will determine if the team is eligible to use the invitation.
Championship Teams:
Teams that receive an invitation from the Super Regional Tournament to the National championship tournament MUST make sure that the Tournament Director forwards Birth Documents and roster sheet to the Super Regional Administrator no later than 10 DAYS after conclusion of the Super Regional
Failure to do so may nullify your invitation.
